The Sanlong Bay planning area encompasses parts of Shiwan Town in Chancheng District, Guicheng Town in Nanhai District, Beijiao Town, Chencun Town, and Lecong Town in Shunde District, Foshan City. It extends east to Chencun Waterway, west to Foshan Avenue, south to Shunde Waterway, and north to Pingzhou Waterway, with a core area of ​​130 square kilometers. Sanlong Bay is adjacent to Guangzhou and located in the core area of ​​the Guangzhou-Foshan integration development. To its north lies the Guangzhou Liwan International Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Zone, to its east is the Guangzhou South Railway Station Commercial Area, and to its southeast is the Guangdong Nansha Free Trade Zone, a sub-center of Guangzhou.

The project covers 855 residential units, with 10,772 horsepower multi-split (heat pump) air conditioning systems supplied and installed, including 7,925 indoor units.
