Located in the heart of Futian District, Shenzhen, and developed by Shenzhen Media Group, the project boasts a total construction area of ​​approximately 229,000 square meters. It is a super urban landmark complex integrating Grade A office buildings, independent headquarters office bases, and commercial facilities. The main building has 50 floors, a total height of 230 meters, and over 1,000 parking spaces.

The second phase of the broadcasting project includes the replacement of chilled cooling water pumps in the computer room, the design and fabrication of pump pipe distances and all auxiliary materials such as fittings in the original piping system, the commissioning of the pipeline after the replacement, the adjustment of the water pump power lines, and the installation, maintenance and upkeep of the fire protection system for the entire building.
