Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale wholly state-owned enterprise directly under the Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Its address is located on the 27th-31st floors of the Metro Building, No. 1016 Fuzhong 1st Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. After more than 20 years of development, Shenzhen Metro Group Co., Ltd. has established an industrial layout integrating national railways, intercity railways, and urban rail transit, and a core value chain integrating rail construction, rail operation, station-city integration, and resource management. The Group fully implements the "pioneering and demonstrative" concept, aiming to build a world-class modern rail transit system. It actively participates in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area city cluster, accelerates the construction of a more integrated and comprehensive rail transit network, builds an open, innovative, and inclusive "rail+" ecosystem, and vigorously promotes the construction of "four Shenzhen Metro"—safety, rule of law, technology, and beauty—committed to becoming a first-class rail transit enterprise with first-class facilities, first-class technology, first-class management, first-class service, and first-class efficiency.

The scope of this project includes the maintenance of 283 chiller units, distributed as follows: Line 1 (14 units), Line 2 (32 units), Line 3 (35 units), Line 6 (20 units), Line 6 branch line (6 units), Line 7 (48 units), Line 8 (18 units), Line 11 (26 units), Line 16 (70 units), and Line 20 (14 units). Due to the high technical requirements and long repair cycles for major components such as the chiller compressors, our unit currently lacks the capability for in-house repairs. Furthermore, equipment malfunctions would significantly impact the cooling supply to the stations. Therefore, repairs of critical chiller unit malfunctions will be outsourced to specialized companies, while general malfunctions will be handled by our unit.
