The JD.com Shenzhen Headquarters Building project is located in the core area of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. The construction mainly includes two super high-rise office buildings of 200 meters and 149 meters, a 60-meter commercial office building, and underground buildings, with a total construction area of 242,000 square meters, of which the underground construction area is approximately 52,000 square meters.
