The Pengrui Longhua Residential Project is located at the intersection of Wuhe Avenue and Lanqing First Road in Longhua District, northern Shenzhen. It occupies a prime location in Luhu New City and is only about 600 meters away from the planned Guanhu Station of Metro Line 22. The project has a total land area of ​​57,354 square meters and a total construction area of ​​433,663 square meters. The area is planned to include 15 high-rise residential buildings (including Buildings A and B), commercial facilities, and supporting amenities. A 24-class school is planned to the north.

The project involves 14 residential buildings with 2,402 households. A total of 12,085 horsepower multi-split (heat pump) air conditioning systems, including 10,487 indoor units, were supplied and installed.
