The project is located in Fenghuang Subdistrict, Guangming District, Shenzhen, north of Guangqiao Road, east of Dongchang Road, and west of Keyu Road. It has a total construction area of ​​approximately 365,000 square meters, with a gross floor area of ​​approximately 302,000 square meters, including residential, commercial, post office, and public utility facilities. The project consists of nine 150m-160m high-rise buildings and a podium.

This includes, but is not limited to, equipment such as fans (including control boxes and cabinets), fume purifiers and connecting pipe boxes, air ducts, air valves, air outlets, and insulation; all outgoing lines from equipment control boxes (cabinets) to equipment, valves, etc., and the necessary wiring and piping (including the necessary wall holes, grooves, and restoration and repair); repair and sealing of structural wall openings, fireproofing of holes, wall (structural slab) sleeves, sleeve sealing and caulking; and completing all related commissioning and acceptance of this system.
