01-01地块，总占地面积约1.93万㎡，总建筑面积约23.8万㎡，总规划980户，规划停车位1644个，其中包含了83个公共停车位。
01-02地块，总占地面积约1.23万m，总建筑面积约15.08万㎡，总规划1194户，规划停车位1073个，其中包含了77个公共停车位。
Located on the southwest side of the intersection of Longhua Renmin Road and Jinglong Jianshe Road in Longhua Subdistrict, Longhua District, the development is divided into two plots, with a total land area of approximately 31,600 square meters and a total building area of approximately 388,800 square meters. Construction includes residential, commercial, office and hotel facilities, affordable housing, supporting urban infrastructure such as roads, and public service facilities such as kindergartens.
Plot 01-01 has a total land area of approximately 19,300 square meters and a total building area of approximately 238,000 square meters, with a planned total of 980 households and 1,644 parking spaces, including 83 public parking spaces.
Plot 01-02 has a total land area of approximately 12,300 square meters and a total building area of approximately 150,800 square meters, with a planned total of 1,194 households and 1,073 parking spaces, including 77 public parking spaces.
