位于龙华区龙华大道与民丰路交汇处。北毗邻中海珑悦理家园和华润超核中心润府。总用地面积7.73万㎡，总建筑面积50.7万㎡，计容建筑面积33万㎡。项目分三期5个批次开发，一期开工建设约4万㎡，规划面积16.9万㎡。一二期共1393户，一期推出642套(已开盘)，二期推出751套，总共5栋，三期推出1253套。
Located at the intersection of Longhua Avenue and Minfeng Road in Longhua District, it is adjacent to Zhonghai Longyue Lijia Garden and CR Land Supercenter Runfu to the north. The total land area is 77,300 square meters, the total construction area is 507,000 square meters, and the gross floor area is 330,000 square meters. The project is being developed in three phases across five batches. Phase I, covering approximately 40,000 square meters with a planned area of 169,000 square meters, has commenced construction. Phases I and II comprise a total of 1,393 units. Phase I launched 642 units (already sold), and Phase II launched 751 units across five buildings. Phase III will launch 1,253 units.

1253套高端住宅项目，多联机空调系统供货及安装8682匹，室内机7860台。
Phase 1: 644 residential units; supply and installation of 3583 HP multi-split (heat pump) air conditioning systems, comprising 3174 indoor units.
Phase 2: 746 high-end residential units; supply and installation of 4550 HP multi-split air conditioning systems, comprising 3792 indoor units.
Phase 3: 1253 high-end residential units; supply and installation of 8682 HP multi-split air conditioning systems, comprising 7860 indoor units.
