The planned gross floor area is 1,811,375 square meters, with a planned plot ratio of 8.2. This includes 770,000 square meters of residential space (including 117,080 square meters of affordable housing), 466,950 square meters of commercial, office, and hotel space, 12,000 square meters of underground commercial space, 423,400 square meters of industrial R&D space, 101,900 square meters of industrial supporting facilities, and 37,125 square meters of public facilities (including underground). The affordable housing land area is 12,469.6 square meters, with a planned building area of ​​79,850 square meters, including 73,500 square meters of residential space, 1,300 square meters of commercial space, and 5,050 square meters of public facilities. An additional 9,000 square meters of community sports facilities will also be constructed.

The 02-03 plot has 1,671 residential units, and the multi-split (heat pump) air conditioning system has a capacity of 8,988 horsepower and 7,796 indoor units.
