PROJECT PROFILE
深圳海洋大学项目位于大鹏新区葵涌办事处坝光片区，排牙山路以南，恒科路以东，项目总建设用地面积40.12万平方米，总投资约60.53亿元，规划办学规模8000人，学校分三期进行建设，其中预计2025年7月一期工程部分建成投入使用，2026年一期工程全面建成投入使用。
The Shenzhen Ocean University project is located in the Baguang area of Kuiyong Subdistrict, Dapeng New District, south of Paiyashan Road and east of Hengke Road. The project covers a total construction area of 401,200 square meters and has a total investment of approximately 6.053 billion yuan. The planned school size is 8,000 students. The school will be constructed in three phases. The first phase is expected to be partially completed and put into use in July 2025, and the first phase will be fully completed and put into use in 2026.
