项目位于龙岗区园山街道横坪公路(福桐路)以南、银荷路东侧，项目用地面积17021.6㎡，总建筑面积58710㎡，其中地上建筑面积26665.26㎡，地下建筑面积32044.74㎡。包括图书馆、活动中心、综合性体育馆、小型剧场、文化广场、公园绿地、地下社会停车场等。
The project is located south of Hengping Highway (Futong Road) and east of Yinhe Road in Yuanshan Subdistrict, Longgang District. The project site covers an area of 17,021.6 square meters, with a total construction area of 58,710 square meters, including 26,665.26 square meters above ground and 32,044.74 square meters underground. It includes a library, activity center, comprehensive gymnasium, small theater, cultural square, parkland, and underground parking.
