The Shenzhen Polytechnic University construction project is located in Xinhu Subdistrict, Guangming District, south of Gongchang Road, east of Beizhen Road, adjacent to the Shenzhen Campus of Sun Yat-sen University to the west, and Guangming Forest Park to the east. The project has a total construction area of ​​approximately 562,000 square meters, of which approximately 422,000 square meters are above ground and approximately 1 square meter is underground. The main construction contents include: undergraduate colleges, academic and research buildings, an international exchange center, a comprehensive building, a library, graduate student apartments, an indoor gymnasium, outdoor sports facilities, an underground parking garage, a landscaped water system, and a loop corridor.

The entire construction scope of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering Section 2 (Gymnasium No. 1, Academic Buildings 14 and 15, Integrated Utility Tunnel, and the basement of the three clusters). This includes the air supply system, exhaust system, air conditioning water system, cooling water system, compressor refrigeration equipment system, multi-split (heat pump) air conditioning system, equipment automatic control system, and the contents shown in the construction drawings. It does not include precision air conditioning, cleanroom air conditioning, and split air conditioning units in dormitory areas (but includes pre-drilled holes in the walls and the supporting brackets and water collection trays for the outdoor units involved in the structure).
