The BTR New Energy Technology Building is located east of Guangyuan 2nd Road and north of Huineng Road in the High-tech Industrial Park of Guangming Street, Guangming District. The project covers an area of ​​7,531 square meters and has a building area of ​​52,000 square meters. It mainly houses BTR's headquarters and a new energy technology research institute, with a total investment of 560 million yuan.

A multi-split (heat pump) air conditioning system with a capacity of 1107 horsepower and 588 indoor units was supplied.
