The total land area is 32,571.27㎡, the total building area is 245,659.47㎡, the basement area is 86,192.38㎡, and the above-ground floor area is 159,467.09㎡, with a building volume ratio of ≤4.8. The project consists of seven buildings (four R&D buildings, two factory buildings, one dormitory building, and one property management building). R&D buildings A and B have a total of 22 floors above ground and a structural height of 99.55m; R&D building C has a total of 23 floors above ground and a structural height of 99.80m; R&D building D has a total of 8 floors above ground and a structural height of 36.00m; factory buildings A and B have a total of 19 floors above ground and a structural height of 87.00m; and the dormitory building has a total of 20 floors above ground and a structural height of 72.30m. The project comprises high-rise towers, with a contract period of 540 days.
