Mengniu Dairy's low-temperature yogurt factory in Wuhan, located at No. 27 Dongwu Avenue, Dongxihu District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, was officially completed and put into operation in 2021. It has 22 planned production lines with a daily capacity of 1432.16 tons. Certified by Forbes World Records (FWRC), the company successfully set a world record for "largest single-unit low-temperature yogurt factory in terms of production capacity." As a significant achievement of Mengniu's digital transformation strategy, the factory adopts modular and flexible production lines, enabling rapid switching between multiple product categories. Leveraging a 72-hour golden supply chain covering 22 provinces across China, it ensures that products are delivered to consumers with high quality and efficiency. From its inception, the factory has ranked first in Asia in terms of production capacity; now, with this new world record, it not only leads in scale but also represents a global benchmark for intelligent, green, and flexible production.
