深圳中信银行大厦位于深圳中心区南区CBD 的"黄金地段"，按照甲级写字楼标准建设，总建筑面积64428平方米，建筑高度100米，总投资额7.8亿元人民币，建成后将成为中信银行在深圳的区域性总部办公和营运大楼，并成为中信银行驻南中国的标志性建筑。
Located in a prime location in the CBD of Shenzhen's South District, the CITIC Bank Tower is built to Grade A office building standards. It has a total construction area of 64,428 square meters, a building height of 100 meters, and a total investment of 780 million RMB. Upon completion, it will become CITIC Bank's regional headquarters office and operations building in Shenzhen, and a landmark building for CITIC Bank in South China.
