领展中心城于2007年4月28日正式开业，总建筑面积14万平方米为CBD中心区最大的购物中心。其自然生态的建筑风貌，东西两侧绿色景观下沉广场，屋顶敞开式露天公园。其特有的地理位置，全城唯一的双地铁商业物业--会展中心站B出口，与市民中心和会展中心同处-条中轴线。
Link REIT officially opened on April 28, 2007, with a total construction area of 140,000 square meters, making it the largest shopping mall in the CBD. Its natural and ecological architectural style features sunken plazas with green landscapes on the east and west sides, and an open-air rooftop park. Its unique location, being the only commercial property in the city with two subway lines—Exit B of the Convention Center Station—is situated on the same central axis as the Civic Center and the Convention Center.
