Digital China International Innovation Center is located in the northern part of the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base area in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, at the northeast corner of the intersection of Shenwan 2nd Road and Baishi 3rd Road. It is a Class A high-rise public building complex consisting of two super high-rise office and apartment towers and a podium of commercial and office space. It is a key functional center for Shenzhen's future development into a super city and a world-class urban center. The total construction area is 249,831.37 square meters.

The scope of construction includes the supply and installation of air conditioning and fresh air systems for the low and middle zones (5F-10F, 12F-21F) of Building 1 (West Tower) of the Digital China International Innovation Center project.
