本物业项目全部消防自动报警系统及设备，包括但不限于:
1、每年对消防系统年度全面联动测试两次(每半年一次)；
2、火灾报警设备:主机、烟感器控制系统；
3、火灾报警功能模块配件、接口模块、联动模块、手动按钮、消防警铃;防火卷帘门，消火栓，防排烟控制线路，多线控制台;
4、火灾控测器;
5、消防火灾自动报警系统线路;
6、消防水泵弱电控制线路(喷淋、消火栓控制线路);
7、消防栓(消防炮)灭火系统;
8、气体灭火系统;
9、应急广播系统;消防专用电话。
All fire alarm systems and equipment in this property include, but are not limited to:
1. Annual comprehensive linkage test of the fire protection system twice a year (once every six months);
2. Fire alarm equipment: main unit, smoke detector control system;
3. Fire alarm function module accessories, interface modules, linkage modules, manual buttons, fire alarm bells; fireproof roller shutters, fire hydrants, smoke exhaust control circuits, multi-line control consoles;
