All fire protection systems within the building boundary of the Broadcasting and Television Financial Center project, including but not limited to: automatic fire alarm systems, leakage current detection systems, automatic sprinkler systems, fire hydrant systems, fire broadcast systems, smoke control systems, fire-resistant roller shutter systems, gas extinguishing systems, emergency lighting systems, fire evacuation signs, large-space water cannon systems, and fire telephone systems. In accordance with national standards, provide daily maintenance, upkeep, emergency repairs, inspections, system function testing, record keeping, and related professional cooperation for the fire protection systems and equipment of the Broadcasting and Television Financial Center (including fire protection facilities and equipment within the client's independent tenants).
