It includes a library, activity center, comprehensive gymnasium, small theater, cultural square, parkland, and underground parking.

This includes, but is not limited to, fire protection subcontracting services for this project, such as indoor fire hydrants, fire monitors and sprinkler systems, pump connections, fire pumps, fire water tanks, fire alarm systems, gas extinguishing systems, fire door monitoring systems, fire control systems, fire piping, pre-installed and embedded openings, fire protection commissioning, testing, and fire protection acceptance.
