Jingjia Technology Building is located in the central area of ​​Shenzhen Science and Technology Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, directly opposite the North Gate of Shenzhen University, on Gaoxin Middle Third Road. It is adjacent to Global Digital Plaza, Guoren Communication Building, Shenzhen Software Park, and Tencent Headquarters. The surrounding area is dominated by high-tech enterprises, with a concentration of talent, a beautiful environment, complete supporting facilities, and a good office atmosphere. We undertook secondary fire protection renovation projects for tenants and businesses in the Jingjia Technology Building, and conducted linkage testing with the building's property management fire control system to ensure that the fire protection works met regulations and acceptance conditions. This included maintenance of the basement indoor fire smoke control system, and renovation of the above-ground indoor fire smoke extraction and fire sprinkler systems.
