The project is located at No. 9966 Shennan Avenue, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, directly opposite the North Gate of Shenzhen University. It is adjacent to the three main roads of Shenzhen University and stands side by side with Tencent Shield and Haiwang Galaxy Building. The building area is 68,863 square meters and the building height is 130 meters.

All fire protection systems within the VIA Technologies Building project's boundary, including but not limited to: automatic fire alarm systems, fire-fighting linkage control systems, escape equipment, fire hydrant systems, automatic sprinkler systems, smoke control systems, automatic fire-resistant roller shutter isolation systems, fire communication systems, emergency broadcast systems, fire telephones, fire power supply panels, pre-action systems, etc., shall be maintained and serviced in strict accordance with relevant national fire protection maintenance regulations.
